Pork chops with Olivero peppers

Super easy, tasty weeknight meal. 


 
8 boneless pork chops
1 jar Olivero style peppers
15 Oz. Tomatoes, Petite Diced
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Combine all ingredients into a crock pot. Cook on low 8 – 10 hours. 

Serve over brown rice.
