Italian Sausage and Grapes

What could be easier than a four ingredient weeknight meal?  I love balsamic vinegar, much more than my husband.  I always add extra to the rice once I've made my plate.

1 lb. Mild Italian ground sausage
1 ½ C. sliced grapes
¼ C. balsamic vinegar
Cooked brown rice

In skillet, break up and cook sausage until cooked through and browned.  Stir in the grapes.  Cover skillet with a lid and turn heat on low.  Cook for about 10 minutes.  Stir the sausage and grapes and add the vinegar, tossing to coat.  Cover the skillet with the lid and continue to cook on low for an additional 10 minutes.  Serve atop cooked brown rice.
